Creating WARM Spaces for Mental Health Support

WARMspace Programs

WARMspace Programs

In creating a more supportive and compassionate community for mental health we offer programs that are tailored to teach students, parents, community members, and professionals at workplace, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to create a WARM space to support those around them who may be struggling with mental health challenges.

WARMspace @ School - School Support Program

This program provides training and support for Teachers and Students to be resources and support to students who are struggling with mental health challenges. It could include counselling services, peer support groups, and educational resources on mental health and wellness.

WARMspace @ Home - Parent Education Program

Parents play an important role in supporting their children's mental health, but they may not always know how to recognize or respond to signs of distress. This program provides information on how to create a WARMspace at home and support their children's mental health, including strategies for promoting positive mental health and how to recognize when their child may need additional support.

WARMspace @ Community - Community Outreach Program

Mental health challenges can affect individuals and families throughout the community, not just students or employees. A community outreach program could provide resources and support to community members who may be experiencing mental health challenges, including education and awareness campaigns, support groups, and referral services.

WARMspace @ Workplace - Workplace Wellness Program

Many professionals spend a significant portion of their day at work, making the workplace an important setting for promoting mental health and wellness. A workplace wellness program could provide resources and support to employees, including access to mental health professionals, stress reduction strategies, and education on mental health and wellness.
